Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru

Kadubeesanahalli is a former village on the Outer Ring Road between Marathahalli and Bellandur, in the Mahadevapura part of east Bengaluru. The ORR runs along its western edge, Panathur lies to the east, Devarabeesanahalli and Bellandur to the south, and Marathahalli to the north. The area is now within the Greater Bengaluru Authority, which replaced BBMP in 2025.

Offices define the place. Prestige Tech Park sits at Kadubeesanahalli, and Embassy Tech Village and RMZ Ecospace are just down the road, which together employ a very large number of people. Around them the old village has been replaced by apartment projects, paying-guest buildings and a strip of restaurants and shops serving office workers. It is convenient if you work here, since many residents walk or take a short cab ride to work. The trade-off is that the ORR and the Panathur Road junction are among the most congested points in the city during office hours, and the Blue Line metro stations on the ORR are still under construction.

Homes are mainly 2 and 3 BHK apartments, and rental demand is strong, so investors are an important part of the market. IndiProp lists one project here, Rohan Iksha, which was priced from about ₹80 lakh. Its possession was due in April 2022, so it is complete and ready to move into; the listed price is likely dated, so confirm current pricing with Rohan Builders.
