About Huttanahalli, Bengaluru

Huttanahalli is a village area in north Bengaluru, east of Yelahanka and west of Bagalur, off the Bagalur Road. Yelahanka New Town and the Air Force Station Yelahanka are to the west and south-west, Hosahalli and Kattigenahalli are close by, and Bellary Road (NH 44) towards the airport runs a short way to the west. It lies outside the city corporations.

The area is still semi-rural in places, with open land between new gated projects. Daily shopping, hospitals and most schools are in Yelahanka, and international schools are spread along the airport road. Residents drive to Hebbal and Manyata Tech Park or to the airport and the business parks near Devanahalli. Buses are limited. The Blue Line metro's airport section, with stations at Yelahanka and Bagalur Cross, is under construction.

New housing here is mainly villa communities, plotted layouts and a few apartment projects, built on larger plots than would be possible in the city. Buyers tend to be senior professionals, business owners and families who want a villa and are willing to drive for work and services, plus investors expecting the airport belt to keep growing. Civic services depend on each project, so check water, sewage and road arrangements.

IndiProp lists 1 project in Huttanahalli: Adarsh Palm Acres by Adarsh Developers, a villa community with 4 BHK homes of 3,075 to 3,750 sq ft carpet area. Possession was due in December 2021 and it is shown as ready to move. It was listed from about ₹3.1 crore; buyers should confirm current prices with the developer.
