The villas have 11 ft between floors, engineered wood flooring in the bedrooms and Vaastu-compliant layouts.
Possession was due in December 2021. IndiProp shows the project as ready to move, with villas complete and handed over or in handover. Confirm current prices with Adarsh Developers or resale sellers. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/170915/000418, and a second number ending in 000457 is linked to another phase. The clubhouse includes a swimming pool, a banquet hall, tennis courts, a gym, a sauna, a spa and a library, along with squash, badminton and basketball courts and a jogging track.
The location offers two routes. NH 44, the Bellary Road, runs past to the west, linking Hebbal and the airport, and the Hennur to Bagalur road leads south to the Outer Ring Road. That suits people who travel often or work near the airport. The area is still developing, and shops and services are more spread out than in the city, so most errands will need a car.
