Brigade Group

Brigade Group was started in Bengaluru in 1986 by M. R. Jaishankar, and its flagship company, Brigade Enterprises Limited, is listed on the NSE and BSE. It builds across housing, offices, malls, hotels and mixed-use campuses, and its own head office sits in the World Trade Center tower at Brigade Gateway, the mixed-use campus it built in Malleswaram-Rajajinagar. The company reports more than 200 completed buildings and over 80 million sq ft delivered, in cities that include Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru and Kochi. It also runs the Indian Music Experience museum and a proptech accelerator.

Its housing in Bengaluru is spread around the city. In the north, near the airport, Brigade Orchards at Devanahalli is a large township, with Kino among its phases, and other Brigade projects such as Calista and Pearl are nearby. Brigade El Dorado is off Bagalur Road, and Brigade Altamont and Brigade Bricklane are on Hennur Road and in Jakkur. In the east, Brigade Cornerstone Utopia, Brigade Lakefront and Brigade Woods are in Whitefield. The south has Brigade Meadows on Kanakapura Road and Brigade Valencia on Hosur Road. Outside Karnataka, Brigade Gateway Hyderabad is in Kokapet, near the Financial District.
