Only 1 and 2 BHK homes are offered at Brigade Parkside East, a gated community by Brigade Group off Sarjapur Road. That makes it one of the more compact-format projects from a large developer in this part of the city, and it was aimed at first-time buyers, small families and people buying for rental income.
Listed prices were about ₹41.12 lakh for the 1 BHK and between ₹63 lakh and ₹68.73 lakh for the 2 BHK. Carpet areas were not included, so ask for them before comparing these figures with neighbouring projects. Possession was due in October 2021, and the project is complete and shown as ready to move. The community was planned with more than 30 amenities, among them a clubhouse, a swimming pool and several sports courts. Some areas were set aside for older residents and others for younger families, which suits households where parents live with or near their grown children.
The site sits near Carmelaram and Kodathi, which puts the Outer Ring Road offices at Bellandur within reach and keeps the Sarjapur Road schools close. In a finished society, the useful checks are practical ones. Speak to the residents' association about maintenance charges and water supply arrangements, which vary across this corridor, and look at how the common areas have held up since handover.
