Brigade Group has carried a familiar name from Bengaluru to Hyderabad. Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, Kokapet, is a 9.7-acre mixed-use development that combines residences with office, hotel and retail space, the same integrated approach the developer took with its original Gateway in Bengaluru's Rajajinagar.
The residential part offers little choice by design. Homes are 4 BHK only, starting at 4,120 sq ft, with a listed entry price of ₹5.5 crore. That places the project at the upper end of the Neopolis market, where buyers are looking for large apartments close to the Financial District rather than value per sq ft.
Facilities listed for residents include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, space for aerobics, a mini theatre, rooms for board games and indoor games, spa and sauna, and courts for tennis, squash and badminton. Security covers CCTV and round-the-clock guarding, and the building services include high-speed lifts and power backup.
Possession is some way off, with December 2029 given as the target, and the Telangana RERA number is P02400009142. Buyers should factor in more than three years of construction, and the possibility that the commercial parts of a mixed-use scheme follow a different timetable from the homes. A clear statement of phasing, and of which parts will be finished when residents move in, is worth getting in writing. The location needs little explanation: Neopolis sits between the Financial District and the Outer Ring Road, with Gachibowli and HITEC City a short drive away and the airport reachable by the ORR.
