These appear to be saleable rather than carpet areas, so ask for the carpet figure before comparing with other projects. The 2 BHK was priced from ₹68 lakh and the 3 BHK from ₹94 lakh. No size or price was given for the 1 BHK.

Schools are a big part of the pull for families on this road. Greenwood High, Euro School and VIBGYOR all have campuses along Sarjapur Road, and Phoenix Marketcity in Mahadevapura is the usual shopping trip. Krishnarajapuram railway station is within about 10 km, while the drive to Kempegowda International Airport, roughly 42 km, is a long one from this side of the city. The layouts follow Vaastu guidelines, and the grounds include water features and landscaped open areas.
