Ask for the unit-wise carpet areas before comparing. Possession is scheduled for December 2026, about three months away.
The clubhouse sits in the middle of the project's largest green, and the full list includes a swimming pool, gym, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a jogging track, a library, a spa and children's play areas. Rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant are part of the services. The appeal for most buyers, though, will be the address rather than the facilities: a newly built apartment with lifts, parking and security in a neighbourhood made up mostly of older independent houses.
Earlier marketing described the project as awaiting RERA approval. Our record now shows the registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/140322/004754, so check it on the Karnataka RERA portal, with the approved completion date, before booking. Schools, hospitals, colleges and shopping in Banashankari and Jayanagar are close by, and Kanakapura Road and the Green Line metro are within a short drive.
