Brigade Pearl is not a standard apartment block and not quite a villa estate either. The homes are what Brigade calls villaments: courtyard homes arranged over four levels (ground plus three) in a low-rise gated community in Devanahalli.

Every pair of villaments shares a lift and a small common area, so there is more privacy than in a tower but it is not fully independent. Devanahalli makes most sense for people tied to the airport or the aerospace and IT parks to its south. It is also a good fit for anyone who wants a quieter base and does not need to drive into the city every day.
