Rachenahalli Lake, a short distance east of Hebbal, is the setting for Brigade Laguna, a small condominium on about 3 acres with a little over 100 apartments. In a part of North Bengaluru where many projects run to several hundred homes, the size is the first thing that sets it apart.

All units are planned to Vaastu principles. Ask the developer whether these figures are carpet or saleable area, since the difference matters when you compare per square foot rates.
The project is registered as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/170322/004775. Possession is due in December 2026, about three months from now, although an earlier date of December 2025 has also been quoted for the project. Check the current completion date on the Karnataka RERA portal before signing. Facilities follow the usual Brigade pattern: a clubhouse with gym, sauna, spa and jacuzzi, a swimming pool, courts for tennis, squash, badminton and basketball, a jogging track, a library and a party hall. A sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting are included.
The location is the strongest argument. Manyata Tech Park is a short drive, the Hebbal junction connects to Bellary Road and the airport, and the Outer Ring Road runs east towards KR Puram. One point to consider in a complex this small is maintenance cost: with fewer flats to share the running of a full clubhouse, monthly charges can be higher than in larger communities, so ask for the estimate.
