The name is literal. Brigade 7 Gardens, in the Banashankari area of south Bengaluru, is designed around seven landscaped gardens, each with its own theme, set between seven residential towers. Turahalli forest, a large protected green area, is close by, which gives the project a quieter setting than most of the Kanakapura Road belt.
The towers hold 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The 2 BHK homes were listed at ₹1.19 crore to ₹1.21 crore and the 3 BHK homes at ₹1.44 crore to ₹1.65 crore. A second, lower range of ₹78 lakh to ₹1.07 crore also appears in the data we hold, which suggests the pricing changed between listings. Carpet areas were not given. Possession was due in December 2021, so the project is shown as Ready to Move and is complete or in handover; get a current quote before comparing.
Facilities include a swimming pool, a billiards room, a multipurpose hall, a badminton court and table tennis. The gardens do most of the work in making the site pleasant, and they are worth walking through on a visit.
