Work is at an early stage. Site updates from August 2026 show raft and footing work on Towers C and D, so possession is some years away, and Brigade does not state a completion date on its page. Buyers should read the RERA filing for the committed date.
For daily needs the address is convenient. Phoenix Marketcity is about 200 metres away, Grand Square mall 4 km and Guru Nanak College 2.2 km, with Anna University 4.7 km and IIT Madras 9.6 km. Velachery MRTS station serves the area today, and the nearest metro is at Guindy. The clubhouse list covers a swimming pool, a fitness studio, a yoga and dance deck, a spa, squash and badminton courts, a business centre, a multimedia lounge, rooftop seating, a barbecue area and a nursery with a children's play area.
