Common landscaped areas and open spaces are also planned. Because each owner builds their own house, check the building bye-laws, setbacks and any design guidelines Brigade places on construction.
Devanahalli is close to Kempegowda International Airport, and Bellary Road (NH 44) is the main route south into the city, past Yelahanka and on to Hebbal. The KIADB aerospace and IT parks are within reach for work. Building on a plot here is a long-term decision, since everyday services around Devanahalli are still limited compared with the city.
