Kambipura, off Mysore Road in south-west Bengaluru, is still more open land than city. Brigade Group is building Brigade Horizon there, a gated project of compact 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments due for possession in December 2026.
The homes are small. The 1 BHK measures 413 sq ft and is listed from ₹45 lakh, and the 2 BHK measures 633 sq ft at ₹64.62 lakh. The 3 BHK is 916 sq ft, and its listed price of ₹1.45 crore works out to about ₹15,800 per sq ft, well above the roughly ₹10,000 to ₹11,000 of the smaller units. That figure may be an error or a special unit, so check it with Brigade before relying on it.
Possession is about three months away. Before booking, compare the RERA quarterly progress reports with the site itself, since last-quarter delays are common. The registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/190722/005086. The amenity list includes a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse with library and party hall, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a jogging track, a spa and sauna, and children's play areas, along with rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant.
NICE Road gives a signal-free route to Hosur Road and Tumkur Road, and Mysore Road carries traffic into the city and out to the Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway. The Purple Line metro ends at Challaghatta, in the same part of the city. Buyers working in the Kengeri or Mysore Road area, or those buying to rent out, will find the small sizes practical.
