Wisteria is one of the residential blocks inside Brigade Meadows, a 60-acre township that Brigade Group built on Kanakapura Road, south of the NICE Road junction. Buying here means buying into the township as a whole, with its clubhouses, shopping arcade, sports facilities and children's activity areas shared across the phases.
The block offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments. At listing, 2 BHK homes ranged from ₹73.35 lakh to ₹94.41 lakh and 3 BHK homes from ₹83 lakh to ₹1.18 crore. The overlap between the dearer 2 BHKs and the cheapest 3 BHK suggests that floor and orientation affect price a good deal, so compare specific units. Carpet areas were not supplied.
Possession was due in November 2019, and the project is shown as Ready to Move. It is complete, and many homes will now be resales, so confirm current pricing with the developer or seller. No RERA registration number is on our record; buyers should ask for the occupancy certificate and check whether the phase was registered.
The township lists more than 40 amenities. Its location is quieter and greener than the older parts of Kanakapura Road, but it is also further out, so commutes into central Bengaluru are long at peak hours. The Green Line metro terminus on Kanakapura Road and NICE Road are the main connections, and schools and hospitals are found along the road.
