Homes are Vastu-compliant, with marble flooring, modular kitchens and large balconies. Security relies on CCTV, intercoms, key-card access and trained guards. For leisure there is a pool, a clubhouse with a gym, a lawn for yoga, a play space for children, sports courts and a deck reserved for senior citizens.
Possession is planned for December 2031, more than five years away. That is a long horizon, and buyers should look closely at the payment plan and how instalments tie to construction milestones. The project is registered with Tamil Nadu RERA as TN/29/layout/2908/2023.
Sholinganallur is one of the main employment nodes on OMR. Office campuses such as Brigade World Trade Center and RMZ Millenia are within reach, Vivira Mall at Navalur is close for shopping, and Sathyabama University is a little further south on the same road. Chennai Metro's second-phase corridor along OMR passes through Sholinganallur and should make trips into the city easier once it opens. The main drawback is OMR traffic at office hours, which can turn short journeys into long ones.
