Neopolis, the planned layout beside Kokapet on Hyderabad's western edge, has become the city's address for tall, large-format apartments, and Brigade Barcelona is the latest to join it. The project sits on 4.05 acres and holds 666 homes, all of them 3 and 4 BHK. Brigade has brought in Spanish architect Ricardo E. Bofill for the design, and the renders show a red and cream facade with terraced planting at the podium.
Super built-up areas run from 2,790 to 3,764 sq ft, which translates to carpet areas of 1,873 to 2,520 sq ft. The gap between the two figures is wide, so compare carpet area when weighing Barcelona against other Neopolis launches. Brigade lists prices from ₹3.87 crore for the entry 3 BHK, before government charges and taxes. The project is registered with Telangana RERA under P02400011156.
The amenity list published so far leans towards sport and everyday use: tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball practice court, a jogging track, a pet park, a gym, an indoor games lounge and a mini theatre. Brigade's own neighbourhood guide names Indus, Oakridge, CHIREC, Rockwell International and Birla Open Minds among the schools nearby, along with Marriott, Sheraton and Hyatt hotels. The Financial District and Gachibowli are a short drive away, and the Outer Ring Road links the area to the airport.
This is a fresh launch, and Brigade has not put a completion date on its project page. Check the RERA record for the committed possession date before booking, and ask for the unit plans, which the developer shares on request.
