The listing gives exact figures. A 1 BHK of 341 sq ft is priced at ₹71.38 lakh. A 2 BHK of 578 sq ft is at ₹73.76 lakh. A 3 BHK of 879 sq ft costs ₹1.22 crore, and a 4 BHK of 1,402 sq ft costs ₹1.78 crore. Two points stand out. First, the carpet areas are compact for each configuration, particularly the 3 BHK at under 900 sq ft. Second, the 1 BHK and 2 BHK prices are almost the same, which is unusual, so confirm both with Brigade before you decide.
The project is registered as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/120123/005613, and possession is due in December 2027, a little over a year away. Buyers paying through a construction-linked plan should look at how the payment schedule fits that timeline. Planned amenities include a clubhouse with a gym, sauna, spa and jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a jogging track, courts for tennis, squash, badminton and basketball, a library, indoor games and a party hall.
The main reason to buy here is Electronic City. Offices of Infosys, Wipro, HCL, TCS and many others are a short drive away, and the Yellow Line metro along Hosur Road connects the area towards Silk Board. Hosur Road through Electronic City is busy at peak times, but for people who work in that belt, the commute is still short compared with living in the city and travelling out.
