Although it was listed under Devanahalli, Brigade Calista actually sits at Budigere Cross on Old Madras Road, on the eastern edge of the city. The project has four high-rise towers with 506 apartments in total.
It offers one of the more accessible entry points into a Brigade project. A 1 BHK of about 675 sq ft was listed at ₹54.9 lakh. The 2 BHK is around 1,197 sq ft at ₹89.9 lakh, and the 3 BHK about 1,411 sq ft at roughly ₹1.05 crore. Those 2 and 3 BHK sizes are reasonable for the price bracket, and the 1 BHK suits first-time buyers or investors looking for rental demand from Whitefield.
Possession is scheduled for June 2027, about nine months from now. That is close enough to plan around, although buyers should still track construction progress on the Karnataka RERA portal. The amenity list is broad. It covers a clubhouse with a gym, pool, spa, sauna and jacuzzi, courts for tennis, badminton, squash and basketball, a jogging track, yoga areas, a library, a party hall and indoor games.
Whitefield's IT parks are the main employment draw from Budigere, and Old Madras Road connects towards KR Puram and the city. The airport can be reached to the north without going through the city centre.
