That location is useful. Brigade Tech Park, ITPL and several other Whitefield campuses are within a short commute, and the Purple Line of Namma Metro runs through the area, which helps on days when Whitefield Main Road is jammed. Schools, hospitals, banks and malls are all close.
The listing shows 2 BHK homes from ₹84.06 lakh to ₹1.07 crore across six price points and 3 BHK homes from ₹1.22 crore to ₹1.45 crore. Carpet areas are not given. Possession was due in December 2020 and the project is shown as Ready to Move, so these are listing prices and resale values may be different now. Ask sellers for the carpet area and the age of the building, which is now close to six years.
Low-rise buildings mean fewer lifts and fewer neighbours per floor, which many families prefer, but views are of the trees rather than the skyline. The clubhouse has a pool, gym, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, library and party hall, and there are tennis, badminton, squash and basketball courts and a jogging track.
