About Brigade Cosmopolis
Twelve residential blocks of different heights on about 9.3 acres make up Brigade Cosmopolis, a Brigade Group project in Whitefield. Varying the heights was meant to let more light into the courtyards between them. The design also adds sky gardens and planted terraces to the towers.
The project is listed as Ready to Move, but the listing gives no possession date and no RERA registration number. That is common for projects completed before Karnataka RERA took effect in 2017, but it means the buyer has to do more paperwork. Ask for the occupancy certificate, the khata and the association details before committing, and check whether you are buying from Brigade or from an existing owner.
Homes are in the upper bracket for the area. A 3 BHK is listed at ₹2.7 crore and a 4 BHK at ₹2.99 crore. Carpet areas are not stated, and the small gap between the two prices is unusual, so compare the actual floor plans before deciding the larger home is the better buy.
Recreation centres on a clubhouse of about 3,000 sq m with a rooftop swimming pool, and the facility list adds a gym, sauna, spa, library, indoor games, a party hall and outdoor tennis, squash, badminton and basketball courts. Water features and landscaped courtyards run through the grounds, and rainwater harvesting and sewage treatment are in place. Whitefield's tech parks and schools are close by, and the Purple Line metro serves the area.
