Sobha

Sobha Limited is a real estate developer founded in 1995 by P. N. C. Menon, with its Indian corporate office in Bengaluru. The group's roots go back to an interior decoration business set up in Oman in 1976, and the company operates in both real estate development and construction. Sobha states that it has completed several hundred projects covering more than 150 million sq ft across 28 Indian cities. In Gurugram it has developed SOBHA City and SOBHA International City off Dwarka Expressway and is building SOBHA Altus, SOBHA Strada, SOBHA Aranya and SOBHA Crescent. The company's shares trade on the NSE and BSE, and a related group operates in the Gulf as Sobha Realty.
