The sector is close to Sohna Road, the Southern Peripheral Road and the established Golf Course Extension Road corridor.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2185-2026, with registration valid until March 2033.
