SOBHA City is a large group housing project by Sobha in Sector 108, Gurugram, in village Babupur off Dwarka Expressway. According to Sobha, the development covers about 39 acres, of which about 8.5 acres are kept as continuous open green space. The layout is built around an urban park idea, with a one-acre lakelet, a cricket ground about 90 metres across, more than 50 amenities and two clubhouses totalling roughly 50,000 sq ft. The project has been developed in phases; this entry groups Phase 5, registered with HRERA Gurugram in 2020 and valid to December 2026, and Phase 6, registered in 2022 and valid to December 2028. Sobha's newer projects SOBHA Altus and SOBHA Strada lie in the neighbouring Sector 106, with SOBHA International City in Sector 109. Phase-wise apartment sizes, prices and handover dates were not found on the official pages reviewed, so buyers should confirm them with the developer.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-701-2020, RERA-GRG-1152-2022, with registration valid until December 2028.
