SOBHA Strada is a serviced-residence and retail project by Sobha within its SOBHA Downtown area off Dwarka Expressway in Sector 106, Gurugram. The official page gives a site of about 2.03 acres, split into a block of serviced residences with a central plaza on about 1.64 acres and a retail plaza on about 0.39 acres. There are 251 one-bedroom serviced residences of about 857 to 1,026 sq ft, supported by on-demand housekeeping and laundry, a 24-hour reception and concierge, a lap pool, a kids' pool, alfresco dining, an outdoor fitness area and a business lounge. Sobha lists a starting price of about Rs 2.03 crore. The project is registered with HRERA Gurugram under Sobha Commercial Pvt Ltd, from November 2025, and the developer gives a completion date of December 2032. It sits next to SOBHA Altus and near SOBHA City in the adjoining sectors.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2061-2025, with registration valid until December 2032.

- Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB)Eight-lane expressway; the 19 km Haryana section opened on 11 March 2024 and the Delhi section on 17 August 2025. It runs north to Delhi and south to NH-48 at Kherki Daula.
