About Sobha Rivana
Sobha Rivana is Sobha Limited's second project in the Greater Noida area and a much larger one than its first. It covers 11.76 acres in Sector 1, Greater Noida West, with eight towers and 1,364 homes.
Only 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are on offer, with sizes from 1,752 sq ft to 2,715 sq ft. Prices start at about ₹2.74 crore, which puts Rivana at the top end of what Greater Noida West has seen so far. Sobha has not published a full price list by unit type.
The clubhouse is a three-storey building of about 35,000 sq ft with badminton courts, a co-working area, a book club and steam and sauna rooms. Outside, the plan includes a 50 m lap pool, a 25 m leisure pool, children's pools and landscaped water features the developer calls Serenity Creek and Floating Lanai. Sobha counts more than 40 leisure amenities in all.
Sobha, based in Bengaluru and listed on the stock exchanges, launched Rivana on 25 March 2026 with Atlaspur Construction and Developers as co-promoter. The UP RERA registration is UPRERAPRJ313638/03/2026, and the expected completion date is February 2031. That is more than four years away, so buyers paying a premium today should weigh the long wait against the ready and near-ready stock nearby.
