Sobha Limited's first project in Greater Noida is a compact one. Sobha Aurum sits on 3.46 acres in Sector 36, an established residential sector of the city, and has 420 homes in two crown-topped towers. The developer says one of them will be the tallest residential building in the neighbourhood.
The mix runs from 1 to 4 bedroom homes, with sizes from 739 sq ft to 2,306 sq ft. Prices start at about ₹2.73 crore, which is high for Sector 36 and reflects the Sobha name more than the location. Sobha has not published a full size and price list by type, so ask for the cost sheet for the unit you want.
The clubhouse, called The Club, is about 15,072 sq ft and holds a badminton room, a banquet hall and a games room. Outdoors there are lap, leisure and children's pools, a party plaza, an alfresco deck, a reflexology walk, a multi-sport court, a tennis court, an amphitheatre and an outdoor fitness deck.
Sobha is a Bengaluru-based listed developer with projects across India, including Gurugram. Aurum is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ361748/06/2025, and Sobha gives April 2030 as the expected completion date. Construction started in mid-2025, so this is a long-horizon purchase.
