Sobha's Town Park is being built on the Hosur Road side of Attibele, well south of Electronic City and only a few kilometres short of the state border with Tamil Nadu. It is planned as a large integrated township, and the developer has given its towers a New York theme. Sobha Manhattan Towers, which IndiProp lists separately, is one of the phases on the same campus.

Carpet areas have not been published for this entry, so ask the sales team for a tower-wise area statement before you compare it with other Hosur Road projects. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/210518/004151, and possession is due in December 2027, a little over a year from now.
Facilities are planned on a township scale. The clubhouse list covers a gym, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, a library, a cards room and a party hall. Outdoors there are courts for tennis, squash, badminton and basketball, a swimming pool with a separate kids' pool, a skating rink, a cricket pitch, a bio-pond, stepped seating around a fountain plaza and a park set aside for senior citizens. Rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant are part of the services.
The case for this end of Hosur Road is mostly about how much space the money buys. The offices of Electronic City are a straight run up the highway, and the Hosur industrial belt is close in the other direction. The trade-off is distance from the rest of Bengaluru: the city centre is a long drive, and traffic through Electronic City is heavy at peak hours. People whose work is on the southern side of the city will get the most out of this address.
