SOBHA Aranya is a residential project by Sobha in Sector 80, Gurugram, inside the Karma Lakelands estate off NH-48 near Manesar. The official page describes a project of about 31.28 acres, with Phase 1 covering about 14.81 acres and five towers; Sobha gives a total of 524 residences in 3 and 4 bedroom layouts of about 2,836 to 4,285 sq ft, and a starting price of about Rs 7.1 crore. The plan leans on the surrounding golf and forest landscape and lists more than 34 amenities, among them a six-lane Olympic-size pool, a clubhouse of about 90,000 sq ft, camping grounds, a celebration lawn, a hanging garden, a forest grove, a pet park, a reflexology pavilion, a kids' pool and a fountain deck. Phase 1 was registered with HRERA Gurugram in April 2024 and its registration is valid to October 2030. Sobha does not publish a handover date on the official page.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1565-2024, with registration valid until October 2030.
