About Sector 79, Gurgaon
Sector 79 is one of the sectors along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), the 16 km road that connects the Gurgaon–Faridabad road with NH-48 and meets Golf Course Road and Sohna Road at Badshahpur. HRERA filings place several of its projects in the revenue estate of Naurangpur village, and some straddle the adjoining Sector 79B.
IndiProp's September 2026 count shows 10 valid HRERA registrations. The largest group belongs to M3M's Antalya Hills and Golf Hills schemes, including a commercial block within Antalya Hills. Other projects are Bodh 79, The Aerth and Rajvik Greens (in Sector 79B). An 8.7-acre Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) plotted colony gives buyers a plot option.
From here, NH-48 leads towards Manesar and the KMP Expressway in one direction and towards Delhi in the other, while the SPR leads to Golf Course Road and Sohna Road at Badshahpur. The SPR itself is busy, and GMDA is working on relief measures, including a 4.2 km elevated road from Vatika Chowk to NH-48 and a separate master road between Sectors 68 and 69. There is no metro yet. Sector 79 suits buyers who want a newer project on the SPR side of the city and whose work lies along NH-48 or in Manesar.
