About Sector 106, Gurgaon
Sector 106 is on the Dwarka Expressway, the eight-lane road between Delhi and NH-48 at Kherki Daula, and it is one of the sectors along the Haryana section that opened in March 2024. HRERA filings place its projects in the revenue estates of Pawala Khusrupur, Babupur and Dharampur, with one commercial scheme described as near Daultabad village.
IndiProp's September 2026 count finds 14 valid HRERA registrations in the sector. They lean towards larger branded projects: three phases of Godrej Meridien, Sobha Altus, Agrante's Vanmaya Premium Residences and MRG Crown, plus Elan's The Presidential.
