Sector 104 is one of the sectors laid out along the Dwarka Expressway, the eight-lane road whose Haryana section opened in March 2024. HRERA filings place projects here in the revenue estates of Dhanwapur, Tikampur and Gurugram village.

Until then, travel to Delhi and the airport side is by the expressway. Sector 104 fits buyers who want a larger project with a clubhouse on the expressway, and who can live with patchy internal roads while the area develops.
