M3M Golf Hills is a group housing project by M3M India in Sectors 79 and 79B, Gurugram, developed under the state's New Integrated Licensing Policy with Loon Land Development Limited as promoter. It is registered with HRERA in two phases, dated March 2023 and April 2024. The site lies in the belt connecting Golf Course Extension Road, NH-48 and the Dwarka Expressway, with Karma Lakelands and Amity University nearby. Apartments are offered as 2.5 BHK, 3.5 BHK, 3.5 BHK with servant room and 4.5 BHK units, with balconies facing the Aravallis. The landscape follows a golf theme and includes nine-hole chip-and-putt greens. The clubhouse, branded Club Infinity, covers a swimming pool, gym, boxing studio, spa, rooftop dining and a restaurant, while outdoor areas include a jogging track, sensory garden, wellness park and yoga zone. The HRERA registrations run until February 2031 for phase 1 and May 2030 for phase 2.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1331-2023, RERA-GRG-1578-2024, with registration valid until February 2031.
