M3M Antalya Hills is a low-rise residential colony by M3M India in Sector 79, Gurugram, developed under Haryana's Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) affordable plotted housing policy. The promoter is Loon Land Development Limited, and the colony is registered with HRERA in stages, including the plotted layout of about 8.71 acres, phase 1 and a third phase registered in 2024 across Sectors 79 and 79B. Homes are offered as 2.5 BHK and 3.5 BHK builder-floor apartments, and every home gets a private terrace or basement area. Planned facilities include a swimming pool, gym, yoga zone, jogging track, multipurpose hall, pet park, community gardens, spa and sauna, cafes and a mini theatre. The site is in the corridor linking Golf Course Extension Road, NH-48 and the Dwarka Expressway, close to Karma Lakelands and Amity University. A separate commercial pocket within the colony has its own registration.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1241-2022, RERA-GRG-1648-2024, RERA-GRG-1242-2022, with registration valid until October 2028.
