M3M India

M3M India is a privately held developer based in Gurugram. Its corporate office is in the M3M International Financial Center on Golf Course Road. Most of its projects are in Gurugram, and it is known for high-end housing, commercial projects and branded residences. Business Standard reported in November 2022 that M3M was entering the Noida market with a mixed-use project worth about Rs 2,400 crore. In October 2025 it announced an investment of about Rs 2,100 crore in a six-acre project in Noida branded with Jacob & Co, the brand's first housing project in India. Its current Noida projects include M3M The Cullinan in Sector 94, The Line, and the Jacob & Co residences. In September 2026 it was reported as the highest bidder for several Noida land parcels.
