VTP Realty is the housing arm of the VTP Group, a Pune business that grew out of cement and steel distribution and still runs a large cement supply operation in Maharashtra. Real estate came later. The company now builds almost entirely in Pune and says it has delivered more than 31 projects, selling mainly 2 and 3 BHK flats with some 4 BHK homes. Larger residences are sold under a separate VTP Luxe label.

Its work is concentrated in a few micro-markets on the west and east sides of the city. The two biggest pieces are townships: Blue Waters in Mahalunge, between Hinjewadi and Baner, and Pegasus in Kharadi. A third, Skylights, is on Baner-Sus Road. Projects in the IndiProp listings include Dolcevita, Flamante, Altair and Cygnus in Kharadi, Earth One and Aethereus in Mahalunge, Bellissimo in Hinjewadi and HiLife in Wakad. Pricing sits in the mid to upper-mid segment. Because VTP often sells several phases of the same township at once, each with its own MahaRERA registration, buyers should check the number for the exact tower they are offered.
