About VTP Aethereus
The five towers of VTP Aethereus are designed with 34 floors each, on the Mahalunge side of VTP Realty's Blue Waters township, a mixed-use development of more than 100 acres between the Mula river and the Baner hills. The new bridge between Hinjewadi and Mahalunge brings Phase 1 of the IT park close, and Balewadi and Baner are next door.
The project offers 2 and 3 BHK homes, all facing east or west and planned to Vaastu. Listed prices run from ₹80 lakh to ₹90 lakh for a 2 BHK and from ₹72 lakh to ₹1.06 crore for a 3 BHK. Carpet areas are not published in the record, and the 3 BHK entry price sits below the 2 BHK price, so ask for a plan-wise price sheet with carpet areas in writing.
A 2-acre podium carries most of the facilities: a crescent-shaped swimming pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, a party hall with a lawn, a senior citizens' garden, tennis and squash courts and a jogging loop of about half a kilometre. There are dedicated work-from-home office spaces inside the complex, and each tower gets five high-speed lifts. VTP Realty has been one of the more active developers along the Hinjewadi and Mahalunge belt.
