Kharadi has become one of Pune's main office districts, and VTP Flamante is aimed squarely at the people who work there. The project is in the Kharadi IT area, within easy reach of EON IT Park and the World Trade Center, with Viman Nagar and the airport on the same side of the city.
The 2 BHK homes measure about 677 sq ft of carpet area and start at ₹93.71 lakh, and the 3 BHK homes, at about 959 sq ft, are priced from ₹1.33 crore. Larger 4 BHK homes of roughly 1,586 sq ft are also part of the plan. VTP sells its layouts under a "Maximum Livable Area" label, which is meant to cut corridor and passage space inside the flat.
The towers rise to about 30 floors, and each has its own entrance lobby. Common facilities are grouped in a central landscaped area and include an infinity pool, a clubhouse with an open-air amphitheatre, work-from-home spaces indoors and outside, play courts, a gym and a spa. Inside the homes, VTP is promising large-format tiles with a marble finish and motion-sensor lighting. VTP Realty is a Pune-based developer with township and high-rise projects in both the east and west of the city.
Flamante is a new launch registered with MahaRERA as P52100051826, and possession is scheduled for March 2028. Ask for a current price sheet for the 4 BHK homes, as the published figures for the larger units are not consistent.
