About VTP Dolcevita
VTP Pegasus, the township of roughly 100 acres that VTP Realty is developing in Kharadi, is the setting for Dolcevita. This phase takes up about nine acres of the township and is planned as nine towers, each with 32 residential floors sitting above three levels of parking. Kharadi's pull is employment: EON IT Park and the World Trade Center are both in the neighbourhood, and Viman Nagar is next door.
Homes come in 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK layouts. The entry 2 BHK, at about 756 sq ft of carpet area, costs ₹87 lakh, and a larger 857 sq ft version is listed at ₹1.04 crore. A compact three-bedroom plan of around 840 sq ft is priced at ₹95.92 lakh, while the biggest 3 BHK, close to 1,457 sq ft, is at ₹1.79 crore. Some towers look towards the Mula-Mutha river.
Inside the project there is a clubhouse with a gym, spa, sauna and indoor games, plus a swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, a jogging track and a library. Residents also get the open spaces and sports facilities of the wider township. VTP Realty is a Pune-based developer with a large pipeline of township projects on both the eastern and western sides of the city.
Dolcevita is a new launch with possession targeted for December 2028. The main MahaRERA registration is P52100051819, and other towers are registered separately under P52100055405, P52100055407 and P52100055619, so check which number covers the unit you book.
