About VTP Earth One
VTP Blue Waters, a township of roughly 200 acres in Mahalunge, sits between the Mula river and the Mahalunge hills, and Earth One is one of its residential clusters. Hinjewadi Phase 1 is on the far side of the river, Baner and Balewadi are close, and the Mahalunge-Maan Hi-Tech City is planned next door.
The project offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. The 2 BHK has about 669 sq ft of carpet area and starts at ₹76.53 lakh, the 3 BHK measures about 922 sq ft at ₹1.11 crore, and the 4 BHK is much larger at around 1,766 sq ft, priced at ₹2.13 crore. The 4 BHK homes are almost twice the size of the 3 BHK, so they sit in a different price bracket altogether.
The clubhouse numbers are specific. The gym covers about 1,850 sq ft, and alongside it sit two multipurpose halls of around 2,000 and 1,400 sq ft (one opening onto a party lawn), a work-from-home area, table tennis and pool tables, and a 420 sq ft viewing deck facing the hills. The township can be entered from Mahalunge or from Hinjewadi Phase 1, a new road from Sus is under way, and the metro stations at Hinjewadi and the Balewadi sports complex will add another option. VTP Realty is a Pune developer known for large townships.
Earth One is listed as a new launch, but possession is scheduled for December 2026. It is registered with MahaRERA under P52100048489, with P52100051025 covering another part of the project. With handover due so soon, check the real construction progress on site.
