About VTP Purvanchal
Wagholi, on the Pune-Ahmednagar highway beyond Kharadi, is where many people working in East Pune's IT offices look for lower-priced homes, and VTP Purvanchal is VTP Realty's small-format project there. EON IT Park and World Trade Center Pune in Kharadi are the nearest large office hubs, and Pune airport at Lohegaon is to the west.
The homes are compact. A 1 BHK measures 269 sq ft carpet area and is listed at about ₹30 lakh. The 2 BHK plans run from 364 to 488 sq ft, with prices of ₹50 lakh and ₹65 lakh on record for the smaller two, and there is a 3 BHK of 881 sq ft. The remaining prices in the record are clearly inconsistent, so ask VTP for a current, plan-wise price sheet before comparing.
Facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, tennis, badminton, basketball and squash courts, a jogging track and a clubhouse with a library, sauna and indoor games. The project also lists rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. VTP Realty is a Pune developer with large projects in both the eastern and western suburbs.
Purvanchal is registered with MahaRERA as P52100001109. Handover was due in October 2023, and the project is now offered as ready to move, so ask for the occupancy certificate before booking. Also allow for traffic: the highway through Wagholi is heavily congested at peak hours.
