East Pune's office growth around EON IT Park has pulled several large townships into Kharadi, and VTP Beaumonde is one of the residential projects inside VTP Realty's Pegasus township there. The Beaumonde parcel covers about 9 acres, with towers of up to 27 floors.

Beaumonde had possession due in July 2022 and is now in its ready-to-move phase. It is registered with MahaRERA as P52100007384. Ask for the tower-wise occupancy certificate status, and whether the flat on offer is fresh inventory or a resale.
