The 3 BHK homes measure 1,750 and 2,650 sq ft, priced at ₹1.93 crore and ₹2.92 crore. Those 3 BHK sizes are large for a three-bedroom flat, and the larger 2 BHK costs little more than the smaller one, so confirm whether these figures are carpet or saleable area before comparing.
The clubhouse includes a party hall, a library, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a spa and indoor games, and the outdoor facilities cover a swimming pool, a gym, tennis, badminton, basketball and squash courts, and a jogging track.
