VTP Bellissimo is part of the Blue Waters township on the Mahalunge side of Hinjewadi. A new bridge links the township to Hinjewadi Phase 1, internal roads are six lanes wide, and Baner and Balewadi are a short drive away, so it works for people who want the IT parks on one side and the Baner shops and restaurants on the other.
Two layouts are on offer. The 2 BHK homes have about 721 sq ft of carpet area and are priced from ₹83.92 lakh, while the 3 BHK homes measure about 905 sq ft and start at ₹1.36 crore. The jump between the two is steep for roughly 180 sq ft of extra space.
Township facilities are a big part of the offer. A school operates inside the township, and residents have access to a high street with cafés, a club, a meditation centre, a swimming pool and a games room. Within the project there is also a gym, a spa, courts for tennis and squash and a jogging track. VTP Realty is a Pune-based developer with a long list of projects in the east and west of the city and markets its homes under a "Maximum Livable Area" layout approach.
