The Wadhwa Group

The Wadhwa Group traces its start to the late Vasudev C. Wadhwa, who moved from industrial estates to his first high-rise building in Mumbai in 1964. The company now describes a record of more than five decades in the city, with over 220 completed buildings and around 45 million sq ft of residential, commercial and township projects under development. Its commercial work includes The Capital and Platina in Bandra Kurla Complex, where the group also has its head office. Earlier housing projects include The Address in Ghatkopar West, Anmol Fortune in Goregaon West, W54 in Matunga West, Solitaire in Powai and Aquaria Grande in Borivali West.

Most of its current projects are in the eastern suburbs and Thane. Wadhwa Atmosphere and Atmosphere O2 are in Mulund West, and Wadhwa Panorama and Prima Residences are in Ghatkopar, close to the Eastern Express Highway and the Ghatkopar metro interchange. In Thane, the group has Wadhwa Platina and Wadhwa Courtyard. On the western side there are Wadhwa Crown Residences in Goregaon and TW Gardens in Kandivali, and Wadhwa Pristine in Matunga serves buyers who want to stay in the central city. Wadhwa Wise City is its township project in Panvel.
