Wadhwa Courtyard reached its possession date back in August 2019, and that gives buyers something many Thane projects cannot offer: an occupied, lived-in complex that can be inspected before any money changes hands. It stands on Pokhran Road 2 in Thane West, with the Yeoor Hills forming the backdrop.
The Wadhwa Group built two- and three-bedroom homes here. Two-bedroom apartments range from 519 sq ft to 797 sq ft carpet area, listed between ₹1.26 crore and ₹1.94 crore. Three-bedroom homes of 1,091 sq ft and 1,209 sq ft were listed at ₹2.65 crore and ₹2.94 crore. The spread in the 2 BHK sizes is wide, and the smallest plan, at 519 sq ft, is tight for two bedrooms, so compare plans carefully rather than going by the BHK label alone. The project is Ready to Move, and its MahaRERA registration is P51700000714. Prices are from an earlier listing, and resale flats in the complex may trade at different levels, so check current asking prices.
Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, tennis, squash, badminton and basketball courts, a jogging and cycle track, yoga areas, a spa, sauna and jacuzzi, indoor games, a library and a party hall, with rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant.
Pokhran Road 2 is an established residential road. Schools, hospitals and shops line it, Upvan Lake is towards the hill end, and the Eastern Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road are both a short drive away. Evening traffic back from the highway builds up along the road, but the hill views and greenery on this side of Thane are the reason many families pick it.
