The Address, Wadhwa Group's gated development in Ghatkopar West, is made up of several buildings with different price points. Panorama is the one built for buyers who want a large home: 58 residences, three to a floor, all four-bedroom apartments or duplexes.
Three price points are on record, at ₹8.36 crore, ₹8.87 crore and ₹14.45 crore, the last most likely a duplex. Carpet areas were not supplied, which makes value hard to judge at this price, so insist on the carpet area and the parking allotment for any unit before negotiating. With only three homes on each floor, the layouts are planned for light and cross-ventilation in every flat.
Panorama has its own facilities, and residents also have access to the shared ones at The Address, including the main clubhouse, a mini theatre and a seating area for senior citizens. Ghatkopar gives unusually good reach in both directions. The Central line and Metro Line 1 meet at Ghatkopar station, the Eastern Express Highway runs along the eastern side, and the Santacruz-Chembur Link Road and the roads to Navi Mumbai are close. Schools, hospitals and shopping are well established in the area.
Possession was due in April 2016, and the building has been occupied for some years. IndiProp lists it as ready to move, and the prices shown are the figures it was listed at, which may be dated. No MahaRERA number is on record. Buildings that had their occupation certificate before MahaRERA began in 2017 did not need to register, which may explain it, but ask to see the occupation certificate and the society documents before paying a token amount.
