Wadhwa Atmosphere O2 is the second phase of The Wadhwa Group's Atmosphere development in Mulund West, launched after the first phase was delivered. It stands where the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road begins, which gives residents a direct road west towards Goregaon and the Western Express Highway, and a short run east to the Eastern Express Highway for Thane, Powai and BKC.
The land parcel measures 4.72 acres. Close to an acre of that is set aside for amenities at podium level, and cars go into a multi-level parking structure, which keeps the ground level more open than in many Mulund towers. Facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, a party hall, a library and courts for tennis, squash, badminton and basketball, along with a jogging track and yoga areas.
The unit mix is mostly 2 BHK. Five layouts run from 620 to 726 sq ft carpet area, listed between ₹1.9 crore and ₹2.3 crore. Two 3 BHK plans of 963 and 975 sq ft were priced at ₹3.36 crore and ₹3.4 crore. The step from the largest 2 BHK to the smallest 3 BHK is more than ₹1 crore for about 240 sq ft extra, so buyers on the fence between the two should weigh that carefully.
Possession was due in December 2025 under MahaRERA P51800019950. IndiProp now shows O2 as ready to move, with the project complete or in handover. Listed prices may no longer match the market, so confirm the current rate card with the developer. The nearest planned metro station is around a kilometre away on the Line 4 corridor between Wadala and Thane.
