Pristine Properties

Pristine Properties is a Pune firm founded by Ishwarchand Goyal, who remains its chairman, and it describes a track record of more than four decades. The company reports over 40 delivered projects and more than 10,000 families housed, and it also has interests in commercial property and hospitality.

Its footprint covers Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, but the listings show a clear lean towards the city's outer edges. Wagholi has three projects (Pristine City, Neo City and Purvrang), and there are more at Bakori (Aakanksha and Palms), Moshi (Pristine Greens) and Chikhali (Prosperia). These are budget homes, mostly 1 and 2 BHK flats priced between about ₹11 lakh and ₹45 lakh. Closer to the IT corridors, Pronext in Wakad and Equilife in Mahalunge are mid-segment, starting at roughly ₹62 lakh to ₹82 lakh, and YOO Pristine in Akurdi is a design collaboration with the YOO studio. The company also built the AP4 Tech Park in Wagholi. Carpet areas in the budget projects are small, often under 500 sq ft for a 2 BHK, and Wagholi traffic on the Pune-Ahmednagar highway is heavy at peak hours.
