About Pristine Purvrang
Pristine Purvrang is further out than its Wagholi listing suggests. The project is at Perne, about 10 km beyond Wagholi, on a site of roughly 2.5 acres a short distance off the Pune-Ahmednagar highway. Its nearest employment centres are the industrial estates at Sanaswadi and Markal rather than the IT parks of Kharadi, and the proposed Pune ring road is planned to pass close by.
Prices are low even by the standards of Pune's eastern fringe. A 1 BHK is listed at ₹15.03 lakh and a 2 BHK at ₹24.99 lakh. Carpet areas are not published, so ask for the plan of the exact flat. The buildings follow Vastu principles, which some buyers look for.
Facilities are modest and practical: an open-air lounge and activity zone, a landscaped garden, a children's play area, seating for senior citizens, paved walkways, solar water heating provision and generator backup for the lifts and common areas. Rainwater harvesting is part of the design. Pristine Properties, the developer, builds mainly affordable housing in east Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
The project is ready to move into, with possession from June 2022 under MahaRERA registration P52100001262. Anyone who commutes to Kharadi or the city should expect a long daily drive through Wagholi, where the highway is heavily congested at peak hours. The location makes more sense for people working in the nearby industrial estates.
